Meadors, Sr. of Franklin; her children, Melissa Winstead (James) of Franklin, Jerry Meadors, Jr. (Carla) of Thorndale and Amanda Allen (Lucas) of Canyon Lake, Texas.; her siblings, Janet Boucher of Katy, Billy Carter of Magnolia and Larry Carter of Magnolia; and her grandchildren, Dylan Winstead, Evyn Winstead, Ashtyn Jackson, Morgan Meadors, Hailey Meadors, Hannah Allen and Dinah Allen. She is also survived by 5 great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
