He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bollinger and Lois Taplin Bollinger; his children, Gary Wayne, David and Elizabeth; and his sister Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Dennie; his daughters, Melissa Buchanan (Spencer), Carrie Kindt (Ryan) and Vicki Tiedt (Lorenz); his daughter-in-law Bonnie Bollinger; and his brother Ray.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation in Gary's memory.
