He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Paul Schultz, Sr. and Mattie Thompson Schultz; his wife Ruth Schultz; his daughter Sara Schultz; and his sister Virginia Akins.
He is survived by: his children, Susan (Bud Nelson), Scott Anderson, Charles (Mary Schultz), Steve (Ashley Schultz) and Joe (Julie Schultz); and his grandchildren, Kyle Schultz, Kevin Schultz, Ashley Schultz, Allie Schultz, Derek Schultz, Kenzie Eilers, Maddie Nelson, Abbie Davis and Kriston Schultz. He is also survived by 8 Great grandchildren.
