She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Faye Staples Colvin and William Colvin; her husband Clifford Austin Garrett, Jr.; and her brothers, William Colvin, Jr., Robert Colvin, David Colvin and Glenn Colvin.
She is survived by: her children, Suzie (Joe Ellison), Faye (Craig Miller) and Cliff "Trey" Garrett, III; her sister Beverly; her brother-in-law John Thielen of DeKalb; her brother Jeff; her sister-in-law Marie Colvin of Conroe; and her grandchildren, Craig Ellison (Felicia), Chris Ellison (Deanna), Cameron Ellison (Sonni), Austin Miller (Samantha), Garrett Miller, Jaclyn Trimble (Matt), Tyler Garrett (Celestial) and Tara Garrett. She is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren.
