He was predeceased by: his parents, JB Ballard and Deanne Evans Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Ballard of Wheelock; his sons, Matthew Ballard (Kristina) of Canton, John Ballard (Karla) of College Station and Bret Ballard (Stevie) of Franklin, Texas.; his grandchildren, Morgan, Kristen, Trinity and Mason; and his pet Sam Ballard.
