He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus "Gus" Scrimshire and Hattie Scrimshire; his wife Betty Zane Scrimshire; and his daughter Terry Zane Scrimshire. He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Bush; his son-in-law Mike Rinehart of Franklin; and his children, Karen Callaway (Rocky) of Franklin and Raymond Scrimshire (Veronica) of Franklin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
