He is survived by: his wife Sue King of Wheelock; his great grandchildren, Colby Mullins (Kaitlynn), Noah Mullins, Bryce Nickelson, Cooper Smith, Georgia Grace Smith, Aiden Smith, Laycee Smith, Vivyan Self, Elijah Johnson and Ethan Johnson; his great great grandchild Selah Grace Mullins; and his nephews, Keith Tate and Mark Tate.
