She is survived by: her mother Joan Miller; her stepfather Tom Miller; her children, Eric Smith, TJ Smith (Cathy) and Sami Burk (Sam); her sister Cyndi Reed (Robert); her cousin Dawayne Pace; her grandchildren, Cooper Smith, Brayden Smith, Addisyn Brooks, Chelsea Smith, Jonathan Smith, Doc Smith, Kasen Burk and Skylar Burk; her great grandchildren, Adalyn Smith and Nolan Smith; her nephew Jon Godfrey (Ambrosia); and her great-niece Dolores "Dottie" Godfrey.
