With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobby Hicks of Fredericksburg, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hicks and Loma Hicks; his former wife Rachel Jane Gardner Hicks; and his siblings, Paula Lynn Clements and Wayne Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lynette Hicks; his brother Billy Jay Hicks; his children, Tim Hicks (Tina) and Melanie Skaggs (Tony); and his granddaughters, Taylor Plunkett (Drake) and Tori Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, the Good Samaritan Center, or a charity of your choice.
