We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024, at the age of 89, Patsy Ruth Capps of Fredericksburg, Texas, born in Beloit, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Buckner and Ruth Buckner; her husband Julian Capps; and her brother Dean Buckner. She is survived by : her children, Johanna Craig (Steven) of Newport, VA, Sarah Cook (Joseph) of Corpus Christi, TX and Julian Capps (Carla) of Austin, TX. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Patsy name may be made to the Fredericksburg SPCA, or the charity of one's choice.
