She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ivy and Wanda Ivy (Rogers); and her siblings, William Ivy and Ann Williams. She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Harper; her son Michael (Lisa Harper); her grandchildren, Emmit A. Harper, Ruthanne A. Harper and Truman Harper; and her sister Sherry (William Klise).
