He is survived by: his wife Jean Jacoby; his children, Christopher and Jennifer Jacoby; his son-in-law Richard Gonzales; his grandchildren, Samuel, Hannah, Joshua and Jasmine; his siblings, Louie, Pat, Ross Jacoby, Jo Jenschke, Barbara Jacoby and Carolyn (Curtis Garner); and his sister-in-law Holly (Bryan Wilson).
