He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Bartlett and Edith M. Lawther Bartlett; and his brother Samuel M. Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Millie Bartlett of Fredericksburg; his children, Julie Glimm (Terry) of Kerrville and Robert Bartlett Jr. (Nora) of Orange Grove; and his brothers, Raymond Bartlett and Howard Bartlett. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
