He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Harrell (Carol) of Kerrville and Megan Lacroix (David) of Torrance, CA; and his brothers, Bill Harrell (Beverly) of Fredericksburg, Kenny Harrell (Linda) of Harper and Jimmy Harrell of Fort Davis. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
