She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelino Olguin and Maria Cayetana-Aguillon; and her spouse Hipolito "Polo" Martinez-Tovar. She is survived by: her children, Maria Thomas, Graciela Negrete (Moises), Dora Uribe (Misael Hugo), Silvia Ramirez (Carlos), Elena Armstrong and Hipolito Tovar, Jr. (Melissa); her sister Rosalinda Velasquez; and her pet Chiquis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
