He is survived by: his children, Michael Dean, Pamela Faye (Wallace), Shanda Kay (Gary), Wallace III, Lynn and Raphael; his grandson Patrick (Jennifer); his great grandchild Bailey; his grandchildren, Barrell and Joy (Diego); and his great grandchild Calyn (Marcus). He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins and centenarian cousins.
