He was predeceased by: his parents, Fidencio Carrillo and Alma Carrillo. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia E. Carrillo; his children, Analeigha Carrillo and Sergio Carrillo (Mia); his grandsons, Cristian Michael Saenz (Alyssa) and John Luke Carrillo; his great grandchild Sergio James Saenz; his brother-in-law Eduardo Espinoza (Eddie); and his close friend Jose Rene Dimas.
