It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonardo V. Mendiola of Freer, Texas, born in San Diego, Texas, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Guadalupe Mendiola and Juanita Mendiola. He is survived by : his family, Leo and Marshall; his children, Enrique Mendiola (Ashleigh), Marshall Mendiola (Katie) and Rose Anne Austin (Peyton); his siblings, Tomas Mendiola (Yamira), Juan Mendiola (Stella), Luisa Garza (Joe), Rosie Mendiola and Irene Morgan (Javier); and his grandsons, Barrett, Troy and Warren Mendiola. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will be following all CDC and Government mandates and ask each guest to do so as well. We ask everyone to follow social distancing and wear masks inside the funeral home and church.
