He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lowery and Katie Bell Lowery; and his brothers, Garry Monroe and Bobbie Joe Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Garry Lowery, Patrick Doyle, Robert Doyle and Brenda Lowery McKinney; and his sister Alexia Lowery Brown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who were touched by his kindness.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home (311 N Friendswood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546).
