She is survived by: her husband Elijah "Lil Joe" Buffington of Willis; her children, Jason Joseph Buffington (Julie) of Alvin, TX, Alex Andrew Buffington of Willis, TX and Angie Clarice Buffington of Friendswood, TX; her grandchildren, Thai, Brendan, Jason II, Adam, Lacey, Grace, Michael and Elijah of Friendswood, TX; her sisters, Kathy Faye Johnson, Janice Wells and Sharon Wells (Robert) of Baton Rouge, LA; and her uncle Robert Wells. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home (311 N Friendswood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
