He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Holt and Clellie Kelton Holt; his daughter Reba Holt Brito; his brother Cecil; his nephews, Craig Holt and Conner Cogdill; and his son-in-law Johnny Lee Stokes.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Ferguson of Friona; his daughter Glenna Holt Stokes of Friona; and his sister Doris Underhill of Elgin, OK..
For the last several years, Ira was homebound due to Alzheimer's Disease, so memorials can be made to an Alzheimer Disease Organization or your favorite charity.
