He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Welch and Mildred Welch; and his in-laws, Frank and Shirley Wise. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wise; his children, Kelsey, Katy, Dillon (Ariana) and Duncan (Ariel); his grandchildren, Kitzy, Avah, Haven and Wade; his sisters, Veca Masters (James) and Varla Wilcox (Terry); and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Wise, Susan Cerday and Kyle Wise (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kevin's memory to Hereford Church of the Nazarene.
