She is survived by: her husband Donald Monroe Phelps; her daughter Danielle Smith of Ft. Worth, TX; her daughter-in-law Susan Phelps of Anthony; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Phelps (Marilyn), Samuel Phelps (Roberta) and Phil Phelps (Cathy).
