He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Baize and Jean Baize (Clark) of Friona; his wife Jennifer Brockman; his son Drew Baize; his brother-in-law Mark Neill; and his parents-in-law, Tommy Brockman and Pat Waller.
He is survived by: his sons, Logan (Kimberly) of Amarillo, Morgan (Autumn) of Nashville, Tennessee and Andrew Diaz (Kenia) of Tucumcari, NM.; his grandchildren, Kylee, Cooper, Brylee, Addy, Lynnox Baize, Adan and Aubrey Diaz; his brothers, S. D. Baize of Flower Mound, Texas, Danny (Connie Baize) of Roscoe, Texas and Randy Baize of Friona; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Neill of Friona, Cara Speer, Laura Brockman, Valerie Greene and Nathan Brockman; and the mother of his children Myrna Hill of Amarillo. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
