He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Rowe and Herbert Rowe Jr.; and his daughter Beverly Ayer. He is survived by: his former wife Winifred Mae Emmons; his wife Mary Hancock; his daughters, Cheryl Rowe and Mindy Ham (Marc); his grandchildren, Jonathan Ayer, Kelsey Ayer and Jacqueline Ham Chambers (Ethan); and his great grandchild Oakley Chambers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (2500 Hwy 66, Rockwall, TX 75087). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (2500 Hwy 66, Rockwall, TX 75087).
