He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Campbell of Frisco, Texas; his children, Chelsea Lynn Bivens (Luke) of San Marcos, Texas and Blayze Cole Campbell (Taryn) of Aubrey, Texas; and his siblings, Gaylon Campbell (Samantha), Darlene Rasberry, Joyce Taranta (Joseph) and Elizabeth Lively (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
