He is survived by: his wife Joan Higley; his children, Melissa Marshall (Benn), Jason Higley (Angelique) and Michelle Reed (Trevor); his grandchildren, Kelsey Bloch, Jude Reed, Everett Reed, Beck Marshall, Zoe Reed, Kai Reed, Isaac Reed, Audrey Higley and Luke Higley; his siblings, Randy Higley, Guy Miotke, Mike Miotke, John Miotke, Tracy Hurst, Fetta Gilbert, Kellie Jones and Claudia Brooks; and his aunt Fran Lantz.
