She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Scott; her parents, Louie Edwin Mitchell Sr. and Marciel Eden Mitchell (Brunner); and her siblings, Louie Edwin Mitchell Jr. and Marsha Blackshear.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Ficke and Jennifer Foster (Webb); her grandchildren, Kristen Ficke, Tiffany Johns, Laci Franco, Rachel Bloomfield, Trey Alvarado, Kayla Foster (Kem), Ethan Ifert and Alex Ifert; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Bjerke, Aaron Bjerke, Asher Tiffen, Austin Boortz, Ashton Johns, Caison Johns, Tony Franco, Kash Franco and Carson Gilmore; and her brother Donald Mitchell.
