He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Turhune and Betty Jo Webb (Beach); his sister Susan Webb; and his in-laws, Morgan and Ona Belle Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Conley (Conley); his sons, Cory Alan of Carrollton, TX, Toby James (April) of Murfreesboro, TN and Timothy Drew (Kyla) of Lewisville, TX; his grandchildren, Shelby Alexander and Brianna Reagan of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, Cathy (Wayne Meyer) of Newnan, GA and Tommy Webb of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rhoton Funeral Home (1511 S Interstate 35E, Carrollton, TX 75006). A committal service will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hilltop Memorial Park (1810 Perry Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006). A burial will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at the Hilltop Cemetery (1801 Perry Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006).
