She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Mike" Mathies and Pamela Sue Vaughan Mathies. She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Mathies (Serena) and Connie LaFlower (Vince); and her nephews, Dakota Mathies, Hunter LaFlower and Kody Mathies. She is also survived by coworkers, friends.
