He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Pharr and Wanda Pharr (Carter); and his brother Mark L. Pharr. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pharr (Baier); his son David Pharr (Savannah); his grandchildren, Lily and Isaac Pharr; his brothers, Keith Pharr and Jeff Pharr (Karen); his sister-in-law Tammy Pharr; and his aunt Shannon Stauber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
