She is survived by : her grandchildren, John Lattig (JoAnna), Jennifer Clements (Stephen), Raquel Spencer and Michael Spencer; her great grandchildren, Penelope, Natalie, Johnny and Olivia; and her siblings, John Sousa and Cathy Sousa. She is also survived by Her mom and her dad where my godparents.
