He was predeceased by: his parents, Rube Bartlett and Leatrice Bartlett (Estes); his son Joe Don Bartlett; and his sister Patricia Glasscock. He is survived by: his wife Vera Bartlett of Fritch; and his children, Monte Bartlett of Fritch and Debbie Duncan (Lowell) of Amarillo. He is also survived by four grandsons; two great-grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.
