He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Johnson Waide and Charlotte Electra Waide (Biggs); his wife Donna Fay Clark; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Clement of Fritch; his stepchildren, Calvin Clement Jr. of Alabama, Timothy Clement of Dallas and Mary Ann Wyatt of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his siblings, J. J. Waide of Enid, Rick Waide of Otis Orchard, Washington and Sue Ray of Dalhart, Texas.
