He is survived by: his wife Chelsea Campbell; his sons, Will Campbell and Kyle Campbell; his sister Kristen Campbell (William Smiers); his nephew Thomas Campbell-Garcia; his parents-in-law, Steve and Leslie Elliott; and his brother-in-law Chris Elliott.
