He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Nelson Kelley and Nancy Jane Kelley (Willis); and his siblings, Donald Allen Kelley and Deborah Ann Kelley. He is survived by: his half-sister Karen Kelley.
Dennis was a generous and charitable person who loved animals, so in lieu of flowers his family and friends request donations be made in his honor to the Humane Society and Adoption Center of Rockport-Fulton or Wings Rescue Center.
