It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara June Marshall in Gainesville, Texas, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Barbara has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Marshall; her daughter Beth; and her grandson Phillip. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca and Beverly; her grandsons, Marshall Freeman and Jeremy Wilkes; her great grandchildren, Emma, James and Nathan Freeman; and her daughter-in-law Liuba Freeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church and Concho Hearts Hospice.
