She was predeceased by : her husband Johnny Perry; her parents, Mary Quisenberry and Kenneth Clark; and her brother Ricky Clark. She is survived by : her children, Candice Perry, Shawna Perry and Frankie Cantrell; her grandchildren, Shandace Graves (Sam), Shelbie Secrest (Josh), Hunter Meredith, Mason Perry and Haleigh Wiltse (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Stetson Graves and Silas Graves; and her siblings, Billy Clark (Vicki) and Daryl Clark (Shauna).
