He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Grussel and Geraldine Grussel (Mathieu); and his brother-in-law Earl Pulte. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Grussel (Holy); his children, John David Grussel (Sandra), Julie Stanley (Nate), Rachel Corcoran (John), Sylvia Pearson (Jeff) and Stephen Svacina (Sonya); his grandchildren, Braedon Stanley, Kaven Grussel, Trinity Grussel, Lydia Grussel, Jonathan Grussel, David Jackson (Alexis), Maegan Svacina Pompa (Jose), Lauren Svacina Rojas (Alberto), Trent Svacina, Zachary Svacina and Evelina Svacina; his great grandchildren, Nicole Rojas and Charlotte Rose Jackson; and his siblings, Maureen Pulte, Richard Grussel (Susan) and Mike Grussel (Terri).
