Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret Mozingo of Gainesville, Texas, born in Devol, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 93, on October 21, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hill and Myrtle Hill (Monkres); her husbands, Earl Miller and Ray Mozingo; her siblings, Cleo Nichols, Jim Hill and Mildred Day; her sons-in-law, Donnie Trammell and Don Evans; and her grandson Larry Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Corley (Sherry) of Sherman, Joyce Trammell of Callisburg and Kay Evans of Lantana; and her grandchildren, Katrina Grewing (Bill), Melinda Petty (Christopher), Danny Evans (Brianna), Valerie Kelsey, Blake James, Dyllon James, Casyn Evans, TJ Akins and Eland Green. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Resthaven Cemetery.
