She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Haskell Evans Jr. and Leola Jean Cornsilk; her husband Gary Damron; her children, Nathan Damron, Robert Damron (Samantha) and Tia Crowe (Richard); her siblings, Brian Evans (Sandra) and Sondra Brashier Davis (Judy Damron); her grandchildren, Ryan Crowe (Sadie), Amber Crowe, Keith Edmond, Riley Damron, Jordan Damron and Raigan Polak; and her aunts, Nell, Faye and Evonne.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Wooster Funeral Home and Cremation Services (105 Main St, Elmore City, OK 73433). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Methodist Church of Elmore City (207 N Main St, Elmore City, OK 73433).
