It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corey Noel Phillips in Galveston, Texas, born in Killeen, Texas, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Stanley, Shirley Rutkowski, Charlie and Shirley Phillips. She is survived by : her parents, Beth Phillips and Chip Phillips; and her siblings, Chad (Kristin) and Claire Phillips. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins including two of the newest family members.
