He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Leon and Mary Edna Ethridge. He is survived by: his spouse Terry; his children, Jennifer (Jason Chaney), Michael (Jessica Dean), David Ethridge II, Cynthia (Julian Signo) and Zachary Dean; his grandchildren, Trey (Pilar Trevino), Talli Chaney, Chris Signo, Paul Signo, Bree Ethridge, Nathaniel Chaney, Ollie Dean and Leon Ethridge; his great grandchild Alethea Trevino; his sister Debbie Glass (Leonard); and his nephews, Matthew and Robert. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
