Erlene Harris Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erlene Harris of Galveston, Texas, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wisner and Amelia Wisner (Uhing); her husband Rodney Jack Harris; her son Jack Harris; her great grandchild Skylar McNeel; her siblings, Merle Wisner, Jack Wisner, David Wisner, Carol Crickett, Barbara Shaw, Madonna Carrieo and Diana McGinnis; her siblings-in-law, Robert Carrieo, Robert Shaw and Lois Wisner; her sons-in-law, Chris Strommen and Daryl Sellers; and her close friends, Vonne Kaye Wisner and Shirley Edwards.

She is survived by: her adoptive son Robin; her grandchild Jessie; her caregiver Tootie; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Bianca Heilman; her grandchildren, Jason (Cynthia Heilman), Jessica (Michael Ling) and Jerad (Sasha Heilman, Sr.); her great grandchildren, Colby (Lavalea Richardson), Brandon Essex, Jacob (Destiny Richardson), Hailey Heilman, Brooke Essex and Isha Erlene Heilman; her great great grandchildren, Colson Richardson, Jason Marshall, Oliana Richardson, Cailer Brown, Hudson Richardson and Kash Galvan; her sister Darlene (Michael Boulden); her siblings-in-law, Joseph Crickett, Adrian Wisner and Carol Wisner; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Harris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
