He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Solomon Hoffman and Esther Hoffman; his child Galveston; his brother Big; his wife Harriett Bornstein Hoffman; his children, Julie Hoffman Fishman (Mark Schwartz) of Aurora, CO and Russell Hoffman of Riverdale, NY; his grandchildren, Maia, Ella Fishman, Bailey Schwartz, Katriella, Emet and Moriel Hirsch-Hoffman; his brother David; his sister-in-law Susan Hoffman of Leesburg, TX.; his sister Carol Okstel; and his daughter-in-law Jessica Hirsch. He was also cherished by best friend for almost 59 years, their children.
