He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn Howard and William Harrison Howard. He is survived by: his wife Cay Herrington Howard of Galveston, TX; his daughter Jami DeChel Vest; his grandchildren, Megan Leigh White and Travis James White; his great grandchildren, Levi James White and Easton Reed White of Montgomery, Texas.; his stepson Elijah Howard of Poinciana; his siblings, Loretta Littlehale of Tavares, Deborah Ann "Annie" Howard of Whitney, John Francis Howard (Julie) of Poinciana and William "Bill" Harrison Howard; and his stepgrandchildren, Jesse Howard of Galveston, Cheyenne Howard of Ft. Worth and Hailey Howard of Whitney, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their extended families.
