She is survived by: her parents, Alan Hebert (Michelle Hughes) and Dana Hebert; her children, Ayden Armstrong, Kynleigh Meadows and Madisyn Meadows; the father of her children Derek Meadows; her siblings, Haley Hebert, Kyle Hebert (Emily) and Madeline Bean; and her nephews, Kaisen Coble and Giovanni Hernandez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
