He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Peña Sr. and Berta Vela Peña. He is survived by: his wife Elsa Peña; his children, Nicholas Peña (Holly) and Jessica Peña-Pachiano (Kyle); his grandchildren, Ella Peña, Ava Peña and Nash Pachiano; his brothers, David Peña and Carlos Peña; and his grandson Mario.
