He is survived by: his mother Linda Van Ness of Galveston, Texas.; his wife Cathy Van Ness; his daughters, Libby Miranda (Jorge) and Alli Healy (J. Jacob); his grandchildren, Emmy Catherine, Cullen Wells, Hayes Hansen and Levy Anne; his brothers, John Van Ness (Kristin) and Chris Van Ness; and his mother-in-law Janice Connard. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home (2128 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
