He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Parks and Lillian Parks; and his sister Barbara Ann Watts. He is survived by: his wife Lynn A. Parks of Galveston; his children, Laura Addison (Garrik) of Galveston, Sammy Parks (Melissa) of Friendswood and Bernie Parks (Di) of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Spencer Addison, Ryder Addison, Brady Parks, Chase Parks and Reagan Parks; and his friends, Buster and Sebastian Conti of Galveston. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
